Missing lawyer Hassan Nandwa has been found dumped in Mwingi, Kitui County.
Professor Hassan disappeared 10 days ago when he was abducted moments after leaving Jamia Mosque.
The family said that Nandwa was found alive but shaken, while his client, terror convict Elgiva Bwire, still missing.
Bwire is a self-confessed member of the al-Shabaab terror outfit linked to the October 24, 2011 terror attack at Kaka bus stage along Race Course Road.
The High court had ordered police to effect Nandwa’s location despite the National Police Service (NPS) denying knowledge of his whereabouts.
