Led by retired judge Aaron Ringera, Caretaker Committee hinted on giving Kenya Premier League (KPL) mandate to run the top tier.
With the new Sherriff in town, Caretaker Committee has been blasted for extravagant budget that will run the team for six months.
In the leaked budget, the committee is looking at spending Ksh850 million within the period in office, amount that is almost three times what the embattled federation led by Nick Mwendwa claimed to have received from the government in the last three years towards the operations of its activities.
